Located on the second floor of our cornerstone building at Main Street and Madison Avenue in Greenwood, a suburb just south of Indianapolis, our venue sits in an ideal location. In recent years, Greenwood has focused on revitalization and continues to grow the downtown area.

Here you will find answers to some of our most frequestly asked questions about Grafton Peek Social Hall. However, if you are still looking for information, please reach out.

  • We do! Grafton Peek Social Hall is the exclusive beverage provider. We have a variety of beverage options available and licensed staff to serve you. We do not allow outside beverages.

  • Grafton Peek Social Hall strongly advises that you work with one of our preferred caterers to make sure you have an excellent experience. However, we understand that sometimes you have something specific in mind and we are willing to be flexible. You must have approval for any food provider used during your event.

  • We ask that our preferred vendors are used but are open to working with other vendors to make sure that your event is to your liking. You must have approval for any vendors used during your event.

  • We require proof of liability insurance from all vendors.

  • You will have a dedicated onsite contact that will be available throughout the duration of your event to address any facility needs. Take advantage of our additional planning services, for more hands-on onsite assistance, including vendor management.

  • All full day rentals come with an hour of rehearsal or walk through. Date and time are to be determined on availability.

  • There are public city lots at the corner of Madison Avenue and Main Street and on the south side of Main Street between Madison Avenue and Brewer Street. There is also one small public city lot behind the building off of Pearl Street. Please follow the rules on all posted signs.

  • You and your vendors will handle set-up and remove what you brought into the venue. All personal or event items must be removed by the end of your rental. We will set-up the chairs and tables per your agreed upon layout and complete standard cleaning after your event. Excessive cleaning may incur an additional charge and is outlined in event contracts. If you opt-in to our additional planning services, we will liaise with your vendors for all set-up and tear-down and handle your personal items.

  • There are several hotels available at Highway 69 and County Line road which is 3.5 miles (or an apprfximate 10 minute drive) from Grafton Peek Social Hall.

  • We would be happy for you to include your furry friend in your day. Please work with Grafton Peek Social Hall staff for more details.

  • Yes! Our TVs are on moveable stands and can display your photos and videos. We suggest that you work with your contact for dimensions and send over presentations in advance of your event.

  • All event deposits are nonrefundable.

  • Due to the age and layout of the building, our event space is only accessible by stairs and is not handicap accessible.
